Deerlake Weather Data
High atop Woodsong Way at elevation 2580 ft. sits the “Official Weather Station” of Deerlake Village. It is monitored by Deerlake resident Bob Cole. Data are gathered and downloaded wirelessly to computer and then uploaded every five minutes to the NOAA Weather Service. This is the only NOAA designated weather station in Brevard. NOAA uses the information to track climatic trends in our area. You may need Adobe Reader to open these pdf files. Click here to download a free version.
Bob Cole has been tracking, measuring, and recording Brevard weather data since May of 2004 to present. He has reported on our website since first started in 2006. Attached is his record of monthly rainfall. Yellow is the record least rainfall for each month; red is the record greatest rainfall for each month.
